These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the linkedine.click website and any recording, production, mixing, mastering, or related music services ("Services") provided by Treble Room Studios ("Treble Room," "we," "us"), located at 412 W Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23219. By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Treble Room provides recording and tracking, music production, mixing, mastering, vocal production and tuning, and songwriting sessions for artists, labels, and independent musicians. Final scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or invoice) after your project brief before work begins.
Studio time is booked in advance and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Hourly session rates require a non-refundable deposit equal to one hour's rate to hold a booking; package and EP bundle rates require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balances are due at the end of the session or upon delivery of final files, whichever applies.
We request at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked session without losing your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit. The U.S. does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for custom, personalized creative services once a session has begun or work has commenced.
If you supply your own stems, session files, instruments, or reference material, Treble Room is not responsible for pre-existing quality issues, corrupted files, or rights/clearance issues in material you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold the necessary rights or licenses to any material submitted for recording, production, mixing, or mastering.
Each service tier includes a stated number of revision rounds, described in our Pricing section (typically 2 rounds for mixing, included with mastering). Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final files are delivered digitally in the agreed format(s); physical media delivery is available on request for an additional fee.
You retain all ownership rights to your original recordings, compositions, and the final produced/mixed/mastered deliverables. Treble Room retains ownership of any proprietary tools, samples, or production templates used in producing your project, but grants you full rights to use the final delivered files for your intended purpose. Treble Room may request permission to use excerpts of completed work in its portfolio; you may decline this in writing at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Treble Room's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Treble Room is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunities. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of original material submitted to us.
We retain project session files and stems for 90 days after final delivery to support revisions, after which they may be archived or deleted. Extended archival storage is available on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City of Richmond, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
